Sarah Bell is a Nutritionist and healthy recipe developer. Being a mother of 3, Sarah is passionate about pediatric nutrition and turning fussy eaters into well-rounded eaters. She loves creating family-friendly recipes that are easy to make and taste delicious.
As a Nutritionist, Sarah knows the importance of gut health to our overall health and wellbeing. Because of this, she loves creating recipes using wholefood ingredients that promote good gut health and that are free from refined sugars.

Lisa Dinnie

Lisa is the founder of Cherish Your Sleep, Co-Regional Director (Australia/Pacific) of The Association of Professional Sleep Consultants, an experienced certified baby/child sleep consultant and a mother to 3 young children.
She has always loved children and has worked in the industry for over 20 years as a qualified child care worker, working primarily with children aged 0 – 3yrs.
A successful outcome is not only good for the parents and children, but also giver Lisa a sense of satisfaction and happiness – there’s nothing better than hearing from a parent who finally got their first full night sleep since having a child.
Becoming a mum and meeting and seeing other mums struggle with their babies and children’s sleep made Lisa really want to reach out and help. She doesn’t see that there is a one size fits all to helping families – sleep is almost like a Puzzle – you need all the pieces in place to achieve the full picture and those pieces are what she shares with families.
Lisa uses a holistic approach to sleep, focusing on emotional wellbeing of families and ensuring the parent child connection in not only maintained, but enhanced. She knows how easy it is to become overwhelmed and frustrated, so it’s her passion to help find solutions that will work for you, your baby and the rest of your family.

Sally Woods

Sally Woods is a registered paediatric nurse and certified sleep consultant with over 10 years of childcare experience. Sally is also a mother of two, with a passion for sleep which is supported by evidence around the importance of sleep and wellbeing for babies, children and families. 

Sally provides advice on the development of good sleep habits and healthy sleep foundations, her approach to sleep is holistic and nurturing with an emphasis on consistency and support.

Emily Hanlon

Emily Hanlon, otherwise known as The Playful Psychologist, is a Clinical Psychologist based in Sydney and a proud mum of three.

Emily has a particular interest in neurodivergence and supporting autistic and ADHD children, adolescents, and adults, as well as those navigating anxiety, mood differences, and big feelings. Her work is grounded in an affirming, strengths-focused lens, honouring each person’s unique wiring, communication style, and way of experiencing the world.

Emily started The Playful Psychologist to weave creativity, play, and evidence-based practice together. She loves sharing ideas, resources, and honest reflections, and just as much, she loves learning from the communities she works with.
