Algae V.S. Fish – Which to choose?

You may be aware that like most food, DHA comes from different source. So what set them apart from Algae and Fish?

DHA from Nature One Dairy® Milk Formula

Fish DHA powder with good encapsulation technique* will not have strong fish smell or taste. The fish oil is encapsulated using advanced processing technique. Sensory evaluation* and oxidation stability test* of the ingredient are carried out throughout the entire shelf life.

Nature One Dairy® uses high quality and stable DHA powder only from approved sources and processed technique. Our DHA comes from tuna oil and all the refined oils sourced are very thoroughly checked for carryover residues. Heavy metals including Mercury are tested (to <0.001ppm) by the manufacturer before the ingredient (DHA) is released. The patented micro encapsulation technology allows up to a 50% oil payload with superior odour and taste masking.

Moreover, gas flushing and can sealing processes in Nature One Dairy® milk formula brings the oxygen level to below 3% inside a sealed can. This ensures minimal oxidation of ingredients in its formula and hence does not alter the milk powder smell or taste.
