- 1 1/3 cup of cake flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 3/4 cup of granulated sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 4 eggs (stored at room temperature)
- 1/2 cup of milk (35g of Nature One Dairy® Instant Milk Powder* with 1/2 cup of water)
- 1/3 cup of vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
*Instant Milk Powder is not suitable as a complete milk food for children under the age of 2 years.
- Preheat the oven to 160°C. Grease the baking pan and set aside
- Using an electric hand/stand mixer, beat the whole eggs with sugar and vanilla essence in a large mixing bowl until the mixture becomes triple in volume
- Carefully sift the cake flour, salt, and baking powder into the egg mixture and fold in using a spatula until fully combined
- Add in the milk and mix until fully combined
- Transfer the mixture to the greased baking pan and tap the pan to remove any air bubbles
- Bake at 160°C for 45-50 minutes
- Transfer onto a cooling rack and let it cool completely before serving!

- 1 cup of plain flour
- 1 cup of Nature One Dairy® Organic Toddler Milk Drink Step 3 Formula
- 1 egg
- ¼ melted unsalted butter
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- Blueberries
- Pre-heat your waffle maker
- In a large mixing bowl, mix the flour, milk formula, egg, butter, and vanilla extract until fully combined
- Cook the waggle until it is golden brown
- In a saucepan, add 5-6 blueberries along with 1 tbsp of water and let it simmer for 1 minute
- Top off the waffle with the sauce and more blueberries, Bon Appetit!

- 1 medium-sized apple
- 1 medium-sized egg
- 200g All Purpose Flour
- 1 ¼ cup of milk (3 scoops of Nature One Dairy® Organic Toddler Milk Drink Step 3 Formula)
- Grate the apple
- In a large mixing bowl, add in flour, egg, grated apple, milk and mix until fully combined
- Heat up a non-sticking pan over low-medium heat. Once heated up, lightly grease the pan with cooking oil/butter
- Add a small amount of batter onto the pan
- Flip the pancakes when bubbles start forming on the surface
- Once the pancakes are fully cooked, allow it to cool before serving!

- 2 tbps of full cream milk powder with 70ml of hot water
- 125g of yogurt
- 1 large mango
- Fruits of your choice as toppings
- Granola as toppings
- Dice the mango and blend it together with the yogurt and full cream milk until smooth
- Once done, top it off with toppings of your choice!

- 6 scoops of Nature One Dairy® Organic Toddler Milk Drink Step 3 Formula
- 360 ml of luke warm water
- Fruits of your choice for the plating
- Popsicle mould
- Prepare the milk formula and transfer it equally into the mould
- Let it sit in the fridge overnight
- Once done, remove from the mould and plate it to your liking!

- 1/2 cup of rolled oats
- 1/2 cup of prepared formula (3 scoops of Nature One Dairy® ActivePro Complete Nutrition Formula with 1/2 cup of water)
- Toppings of your choice
- [Optional] Drizzle of honey for that extra sweetness
- In a container, add in the rolled oats and milk. Stir it altogether
- Refrigerate it overnight
- The next morning, add in the toppings of your choice and dig in!

- 1 cup of cooked white rice (you may add in a spoonful of mixed grain rice for colour)
- 1 scoop of Nature One Dairy® Organic Toddler Milk Drink Step 3 Formula
- 50g of carrots (diced)
- 50g of cucumber (diced)
- Blueberries/Chocs for garnishing
- Mix the cooked rice, vegetables, milk powder until fully combined
- Carefully mould the rice balls into small balls (~2cm)
- Plate accordingly and serve!

- 200g minced meat
- 150g silken tofu
- 1 stalk of broccoli
- 1/2 stalk of carrot
- 3 scoops of Nature One Dairy® Organic Milk Formula
- [Optional] Salt to taste
- Diced the carrots & 3-4 broccoli florets (save the remaining broccoli florets for later use)
- In a large mixing bowl, add in the minced meat, diced vegetables, silken tofu, milk formula and mix until fully combined
- Portion the mixture evenly into round meatballs
- Using a steamer, ensure that the water is boiling before placing the meatball in. Steam the meatballs on high heat for 10 minutes. Separately, steam the leftover broccoli for 6 minutes.
- Once done, assemble everything and let it cool down for a while before giving it to your LO!

- 200g kid’s pasta
- 3 scoops of Nature One Dairy® Organic Milk Formula (mix with 3 tbsp of hot water)
- [Optional] Shaved parmesan for that extra flavour
- In a large pot, add water and bring it to a boil
- Add in the pasta and boil for 10 minutes
- Once done, drain the pasta
- In a pan, add in the drained pasta, milk formula mixture and cooked in for 2
- [Optional] Add in the shaved parmesan for extra flavour
- Once done, enjoy!

- 150g plain flour
- 1.5 tsp baking powder
- 40g sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 scoop of Nature One Dairy’s formula + 120ml water
- Mix all ingredients and whisk it until the batter is smooth
- Bake in a preheated machine according to machine’s directions until golden brown

- 250g tapioca starch
- 25g milk powder of Nature One Dairy Organic Toddler formula (3 scoops)
- 60g shredded cheddar cheese
- 60g shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 large egg
- 180ml water
- 25ml olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Preheat oven to 200C and oil your mini muffin tray.
- Whisk the egg and milk powder together till bubbly. Add the water and whisk to mix well.
- Add tapioca starch and cheese. Whisk everything together until well incorporated Add the oil and salt. Stir to combine. Rest this mixture for 10 minutes.
- Scoop batter to muffin tray and fill till about ¾ full.
- Bake for 20 minutes until golden.

- Pasta
- Nature One Dairy’s Milk Formula

- Butter
- Corn flour
- Methods:
- Boil pasta & steam broccoli
- [For Sauce] Heat butter on pan, pour corn flour & slowly mix well
- [For Sauce] Pour 1/2 cup of Nature One Dairy Milk, pinch of salt & black pepper
- [For Sauce] Add cheese
- Mix pasta & broccoli into the cream sauce! Voila, lunch is served!

- Salmon cut into cubes and marinated with sesame oil
- Carrot cut into cubes
- Potato cut into cubes
- Onion
- Water
- Nature One Dairy’s Milk Formula
- Miso
- Stir fry onion until soft
- Add in carrot and potato pieces and stir fry for 2-3 mins
- Add water, broccoli and milk
- Scoop some of the soup into a bowl and put some miso in a sieve to dissolve.
- Pour the mixture back into the soup
- Simmer until potatoes and carrot turn soft.
- Add the salmon cubes and simmer until they’re cooked
- Ready to serve!

- 1 medium egg
- 20g icing sugar
- 20g oil (you can use any cooking oil)
- 20g cake flour
- 25g milk powder (3 scoops of Nature One Dairy Organic Toddler Milk Formula)
- 120g corn flour
- 2g baking powder (you can omit this for kids but it gives a fluffier texture)
- Preheat your oven to 170C. Line your pan with baking paper (no need to oil).
- In a large bowl, sift the cake flour, milk powder, corn starch and baking powder (if using) together.
- In a separate mixing bowl, crack the egg add the icing sugar and oil. Whisk well with a handheld whisk.
- Add in the powder mix in step 2. Using a pair of chopsticks (it’s difficult to do this with a spatula), combine all the ingredients together until a dough starts to form.
- Using your hands, knead the dough together till everything is combined.
- Pinch a small portion and roll it into a small ball. Flatten this ball with your thumb if baking for babies or toddlers below 4yo. Continue with the rest of the dough.
- Bake for 15 minutes. The colour will still be white but it is done. Do not increase the baking time if not it will be too hard!
- Leave to cool, then store in an airtight container.

- Stew
- 200 g chicken, cubed
- 3 med sized potato, cubed
- 1 carrot, cubed
- 1 med sized broccoli
- 1 yellow onion, sliced
- 250 ml chicken stock (for stew)
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper to marinate chicken
- Light Cream Sauce
- 200 ml chicken stock
- 3 tbsp yoghurt/heavy cream
- 2 scoop Nature One Dairy’s Milk Formula
- dissolve in 1/2 cup water before mixing
- 2 tbsp flour dissolve in 1/2 cup water before mixing
Stew
- Marinate chicken cube with salt and pepper
- Sauté onion in butter
- Add in potato, carrot
- Add in chicken stock
- Stew under low heat for 30 mins
- Add in broccoli and steam for a few minutes
Light Cream Sauce
- Add in chicken stock, yogurt, milk powder
- Thicken with flour and stir until dissolve
- Add into the stew mixture
- Serve while it’s hot!

- Sweet potato, 2 medium size (appx 200 g)
- 50 g plain flour
- 20 g Nature One Dairy’s Milk Formula
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp of cheese (optional)
- Steam the sweet potato until fork tender. Remove skin and mash.
- Mix all dry ingredients together.
- Add dry ingredients to the mashed sweet potato.
- Mix well.
- Roll into log shape and cut into 8 sections.
- Shape each section into doughnut.
- Pan fry until they turn dark purple or golden brown for crispier texture.
- Let the doughnuts cool down before serving.
- 1.5 cups flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 large egg
- 50g melted butter
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 300ml milk (5 scoops of Nature One Dairy’s Milk Formula with 300ml warm water)
- Handful of blueberries
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder in a bowl.
- Make a well in the middle and add milk, melted butter, egg and vanilla extract. Mix until everything is combined.
- Add in blueberries into the batter (or you can choose to swap it to chocolate chips, bananas or other fruits too)
- Ensure the pan is hot before you pour the batter in, flip when there’s bubbles at the sides.
- Once done, ready to serve!

- 3 tbsp rolled oats
- 1 tbsp Nature One Dairy’s Milk Formula
- Handful of blueberries
- 1 tsp honey (optional)
- Add oats and milk powder to a small pot. Add water that just cover the oats and milk and cook over stove until oats are softened.
- Cool down the oatmeal and add honey.
- In goes the blueberries and serve!

- 1 cup uncooked rice (use the rice cooker measuring cup)
- 2 cups chicken or vegetable stock (use the same measuring cup)
- 100g salmon, sliced
- Handful of corn
- Handful of chopped spinach
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 8.5g milk powder (1 scoop of Nature One Dairy Organic Toddler Milk Formula)
- 30g shredded cheddar cheese
- Rinse the rice and add the chicken stock. Stir in the garlic.
- Arrange salmon, corn and spinach on top. Cover and cook for 20 minutes.
- When time is up, stir in the milk powder and shredded cheese and it’s done. If you prefer a smoother consistency, you can add some more stock or hot water.

- 1 slab of king salmon cubed.
- 2 potatoes cubed.
- 1 cup of corn
- Some chopped mushrooms
- 1 chopped spring onion (white part)
- 1 chopped garlic clove
- 1 tbs of oil
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tsp of whitebait powder
- 1/2 tsp of scallop powder
- 1 kids’ portion fish broth
- 2 tbs of tomato juice
- 1/2 tsp of beetroot powder
- 360ml of lukewarm water
- 3 scoops of organic milk powder
- 2 puff pastries
- 1 beaten egg
- Add oil to spring onion, garlic and sautée them.
- Add milk powder to lukewarm water and mix them.
- Boil potatoes by the side for quicker cooking.
- Add bay leaf, corn, potatoes, mushroom and fish broth to pot.
- Add whitebait and scallop powder.
- Add formula milk and mix well.
- Boil on high for 10 minutes.
- Off the heat, add the salmon fish and let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add tomato juice, beetroot powder and mix well.
- Pour into an oven-friendly soup bowl.
- Preheat oven at 170°C.
- Glaze the puff pastry with beaten egg.
- Cover the puff pastry over the bowl.
- Seal the edges with more egg mixture.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Decorate the features with nori/cheese (optional) and serve.
- 60g unsalted butter:
- 20g icing sugar
- 65g potato starch
- 40g cake flour
- 10g @natureonedairysingapore skim milk powder
- Natural colouring powder
- Black sesame seeds
- Whisk butter and icing sugar until creamy.
- Sift cake flour, milk powder and potato starch into the mixture.
- Mix until dough is formed.
- Take 15g of dough and colour it pink.
- Rest the dough for 30mins in the fridge.
- Take 8g of plain dough, shape into a ball and flattened as the face.
- Take 2g of plain dough and shape into a tear drop.
- Divide into 2 and attach to the face as ears.
- Take a small dollop of plain dough, roll into a ball and attach as the nose.
- Take 1g of the pink dough, rough into 2 balls and attach as the cheeks.
- Attach 2 sesame seeds as eyes and 1 sesame seed as nose tip.
- Refrigerate the bunny for 30mins.
- Preheat the oven at 160°C.
- Bake the bunnies for 15mins.
- Let them cool and serve.

- 1/2 frozen dragon fruit (or fruits of your choice)
- 1/2 cup of milk (3 scoops of Student Nutritional Milk Formula with 1/2 cup of water)
- For garnishing: Blueberries, Kiwi
- Add in the dragon fruit and milk into the blender. Blend until smooth
- Top off with your favourite fruits and enjoy the refreshing and nutritious treat!
