How to Transition?
A gradual transition is recommended from switching between current and new formula. It is possible for your child to reject new formula at first few tries hence the transition stage is important and should occur slowly to allow your child’s digestive system to adjust and get used to the new formula. You may start off with 1 feed a day for new formula and gradually increase the feeds over the next few days. Full transition should take 14 days and some child may experience slightly shorter or longer timeframe. You may refer to below chart to understand more on the schedule.
